Daily Summary Checker is an internal productivity and accountability tool built to monitor time tracking completion and daily summaries within a team environment.

What data the app accesses

The application may access the following Google Workspace data, strictly for authorised users only:

• Gmail account access for the purpose of sending notification emails

• Google Chat or Space identifiers to deliver internal reminders where applicable

• User email addresses required to route notifications correctly

The app does not read email content, store inbox data, or access files beyond what is required to send notifications.

How the data is used

Data is used solely to:

• Check whether daily time tracking has been completed

• Check whether daily summaries have been submitted

• Send notification emails or messages to authorised users when actions are missed

No data is used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or marketing purposes.

Data storage and retention

Daily Summary Checker does not permanently store personal Google Workspace data. Any data processed is transient and used only to perform the required checks and notifications.

Data sharing

No data accessed by Daily Summary Checker is shared with third parties. Data is not sold, rented, or transferred to any external services.

Access control

Access to the application is restricted to authorised users only. The app is intended for internal operational use and is not available to the general public.

External app status

The application is configured as an external Google app to allow notifications to be delivered to personal Google accounts where internal Workspace notifications may be suppressed. This configuration does not change how data is accessed or used.
