STEP 4:

Managing Your Scheduled Facebook Posts

After you’ve scheduled your Facebook posts, you may want to make some adjustments to the content, the schedule or simply remove a scheduled post altogether. To manage this, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Click on ‘Publishing Tools’ at the top of your Facebook business page.

Step 2: Click on ‘Scheduled Posts’ in the left menu bar and you’ll see all the posts you’ve scheduled.

Step 3: Click on the Facebook post you’d like to modify and click on 🔽 next to the ‘Edit’ button. Here, you’ll be able to choose what you’d like to do with this post.

Publish: The post will immediately appear in your timeline and can be seen by your followers.

Remove Schedule: Your post will no longer be scheduled and will instead be listed as a draft. You’ll be able to find all your draft posts in the left menu bar under ‘Drafts’.

Reschedule: You can choose a different time and date for your post to be scheduled.

Backdate: Your post will appear on your timeline marked with a date in the past that you've chosen. Keep in mind that backdated posts appear immediately in your news feed.  That’s it! That’s everything you need to know about scheduling and managing your scheduled Facebook posts! To really make this work for you, we’d recommend spending a little time at the start of each week to schedule about 5 to 7 posts. This time frame will allow you to focus on other important things that come up during the week and also give you the flexibility to manage and adjust your posts in case you ever need to.
