Being omni-channel, our strategies must grow both in-store foot traffic as well as online traffic, conversion rate, and purchase frequency. In addition to selling physical products, we develop strategies to promote and book dive courses and scuba diving trips with both local and international destinations.
The scuba diving market is a relatively competitive market, which is not growing in terms of participants, and competitors have very little points of difference in their product offerings. As a result, the key considerations for a scuba diving customer are branding, a trusting relationship/authority in the industry, convenience, price, range, and service. The scuba diving customer also cares deeply about the ocean, conservation, ethics, and the environment as a whole.
Therefore, beyond just the tactical elements of being present and visible at the time a diver is looking for new gear, the focus for ADRENO Scuba Diving extends to building authority and brand within the community through content marketing and community engagement, while also fostering strategies that speak to ADRENO’s core value of being environmentally friendly.
With so many different facets to the strategy, as well as both in-store and online presences, growth is achieved through leveraging the full suite of marketing tools - SEO, Paid search, Social media advertising, Influencer marketing, Email marketing, Email automations, Content creation, SMS, and Chat Bots.
In addition to this, we manage the Shopify Plus website design and development, including ongoing Conversion Rate Optimisation tactics, to consistently improve on their seamless eCommerce experience.
Since starting work with Adreno we have consistently grown their in-store and online revenue year on year.
Since the start of 2019, for example, we have grown their e-commerce revenue by +16%, traffic by +15% and their return customer rate by +5%.
Their Facebook and Google advertising consistently achieves an extremely high Return On Ad Spend (ROAS). Since the start of 2020 we have achieved a Facebook ROAS of 13.56 ($13.56 for every $1 spent) and a Google advertising ROAS of 19.11 ($19.11 for every $1 spent).
Our Easter Sale in 2020 (amidst COVID-19 restrictions) across all Facebook advertising campaigns achieved a ROAS of 15.01 ($15.01 for every $1 spent).
