Wetsuit Warehouse exists to be the number one destination for wetsuits, with a target to continually grow their multi-seven-figure business by 15% each year. Being omni-channel, our strategies must grow both in-store foot traffic as well as online traffic, conversion rate, and purchase frequency.
The reality of Wetsuit Warehouse is that it is transactional in nature. Through our research, we’ve identified that the Wetsuit Warehouse customer has a desire for the right range, quality, price, and after-sales support. Unlike some brands, this customer is not looking to foster an ongoing relationship with the brand - quite simply, they just need to fulfil their need to purchase a wetsuit. Therefore, the focus for Wetsuit Warehouse is not so heavily weighted towards building and nurturing a passionate community through extensive content marketing and branding efforts. The goal is instead about being present and visible at the time a water sports enthusiast has a need for a wetsuit. This is achieved through leveraging the full suite of marketing tools - SEO, Paid search, Social media advertising, Email marketing, Email automations, SMS, and Chat Bots.
